 Russian Visa Support

All foreign nationals are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. To obtain Russian entry visas at your local Russian Embassy or Consulate, you will need a proper authorization (invitation) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) or specially authorized travel agencies.
Newco Travel Company is authorized to provide such visa support for a tourist visa (for a maximum of 30 days). Upon receipt of your visa support (invitation), you may apply for a visa at any Russian Embassy or Consulate worldwide. The invitation would be prepared the same or next business day depending on your urgency and send to you by fax.

Cruise passengers
Please note that for you are a cruise passenger arriving in St. Petersburg by sea, no individual visa required if you participate in organized guided tours.
Newco Travel Company as an authorized ground operator offers wider selection of tours as well as provides transportation and guides for individual travelers. If your tours are arranged through our company (groups or individuals), you do not have to obtain an individual Russian visa. However, if you prefer to explore St. Petersburg on your own, an individual visa is a must.

You can request a visa support letter from our company to apply an individual visa in your country.
NOTE: Please be advised that 35 USD non-refundable fee is imposed for issuing a visa support letter to apply for a Russian individual visa.

To apply for a visa support letter, you should do the following:
• Write the following letter:
  Hereby I confirm that Newco Travel Company is authorized to charge the attached credit card # (Number), Exp. (Date) in the name of (Card Holder Name) in the amount of 35 USD for the visa support letter for (Applicant Name).
• Sign the above letter the way it is read in your credit card.
• Make a legible photocopy of both sides of your credit card.
• Send us the above documents either by fax or e-mail:

• You must inform your bank about this transaction.

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express.

To issue a visa support letter, the following information is required: - Traveler Name(s) - Gender - Passport Number - Nationality - Citizenship - Date of Birth - Dates of Arrival and Departure - Vessel's Name or Flight Number - Your Contact Information: e-mail and/or fax number

Upon receipt of the above information and documents (provided the credit card charging transaction is successful), you will receive the visa support letter either by fax or e-mail your along with a copy of the credit card receipt.
NOTE: The amount of 35 USD will be in Russian Rubles at the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Russia on the day of the transaction.
